Hi lovelies,
Mother’s Day is around the corner and with that comes warm weather which makes me want to dress up super feminine. My choice is always flirty dresses and skirts that are colorful; and what better time to dress up than on a special day.
I put together 3 outfits for inspiration and will wear one of them on Mother’s Day.
The first outfit I put together is a pink tulle skirt (which I’m obsessed with) from JR Couture that I paired with a basic white t-shirt and a nude heel. However dusty pink or white heels would also look fab with this outfit.This look is really great no matter what you will be doing that day. Whether it’s brunch, picnic or a nice dinner out this outfit can be easily changed to suit the occasion. If it’s more casual, switch up the pumps for flats or wedge heels. If you want to go more dressy, switch up a t-shirt for a nice camisole.
Second outfit is a floral dress from Honey. This is my go to outfit if the weather doesn’t cooperate since it’s easy to add a black leather jacket and even black booties (if the weather is really bad). This outfit is super fun and flirty and can be worn anywhere. I am also in love with this jacket from Zara which is a perfect addition to any dressy outfit with it’s frilly bottom and three quarter length sleeves.
The last outfit is a classy look that is a bit more dressy (even though I would also wear it dressed down with black booties and a black leather jacket for a rocker chic look). This style is great to wear to a brunch/dinner at a hall or a Mother’s Day party. And don’t be afraid to experiment and pair up colors. The bright pink heel just makes the outfit. Best part, this dress is from Urban Planet and is only $20!!! Remember, you don’t need a lot of money to look like a million bucks.
At the end, whatever you choose to wear don’t forget to have fun and feel fabulous. Mother’s day is all about celebration and family and if you feel good you look good.
