Holiday Gift Ideas for Her

I cannot believe we are a less than a month away from Christmas! That means time to start shopping for gifts. I don’t know about you but I haven’t even started yet. I don’t have too many people to buy for but I still know the struggle of not knowing what to get. So if you are stuck on ideas on what to get the lovely lady in your life, I will share some of mine.

1. Robe: Wether a silk or a bath robe, it is a luxury that a woman usually will not get for herself yet it is so useful and necessary to have. Lifestyle Gift Spot has some great ones at very affordable prices.

2. Sunglasses: Everyone needs them and they make a great fashion statement. Best of all there are so many price points to choose from that you can get a cute pair no matter the budget. Some of my favourite sunglasses brands are : Gucci, Prada, Diff Eye Wear, MVMT. There are also lots of great brands you can pick up on sale at Nordstrom Rack.

3. Skin Care: Every woman loves to be pampered and a good skin care line is always on a list. Detox Market is my go to for great quality clean skin care. Some of my favourite brands are Odacite and Skin Owl.

4. Makeup: Sephora has many amazing brands that are sure to please. But my favourite for a while has been Tarte Cosmetics. It is a clean line but they have great colours and palettes. This is by far my favourite makeup brand.

5. Belt/Scarf/Bags: For accessories like belts, scarves and bags I like to splurge as good quality ones last a really long time and make any outfit stand out. Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch are my go to brands.

6. Weekend getaway: many times I will choose an experience over a material item since the memories last way longer than any “thing”. You don’t need to spend a fortune on a local staycation. A night or two in a swanky hotel downtown or a weekend getaway will be very relaxing. Some of my favourite local resorts are Hockley Valley and Blue Mountain.

7. Perfume: Check to see what her favourite fragrance is and get something similar to what she likes so she has a variety of perfumes.

8. Tickets: Whether it is tickets to ballet, theater or even movie theater (one of those with reclining seats, bar and a menu) make it something that she would not normally splurge on for herself.

9. Monogrammed Items: I am all about personalization and currently obsessed with anything monogrammed. I Love Jewellery is the place I go to for anything personalized.
