I don’t know about you but I love the holidays and I love decorating for the holidays. I received many questions about my decor so I am putting together some of my favourite accents on the blog.
The decor always starts at the front door and I had all my planters and wreaths done by CC Haven Inc. They did a beautiful job bringing my personal style in the outdoor decor by adding pink ribbons and white feathers. It also made them unique and stand out from all the neighbours.
For the Christmas tree I wanted something different but didn’t want to splurge on a new one so I decided to flock it. It was quite easy with Santa Snow from Home Depot and instantly gave the tree an updated look. A word of warning though…the flocked tree does leave some residue if shaken or moved. However, once it is decorated and you don’t touch it there are no more issues.
Since I had a “new” flocked tree I decided to get some new ornaments and get it in my favourite colours gold and rose gold. I bought them at Canadian Tire with their new colour called Seren Rose. I don’t know about you but I love it.
It is all in the fine details for me. Just enought decorations to feel festive without being too much. And these are some of my favourite decorations this holiday season.
