Tuna Salad:

I love making this quick tuna salad with a twist. Try this light but satisfying meal.

What you need:

 

. Hadfull of Arugula

. 2 Stalks of Parsley

. 1 Avocado

. 1/2 Cup of Chickpeas

. 2 Small cucumbers

. 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds

. 1/2 Can of Tuna

 

Dressing: Olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a splash of salt
