Protein Smoothie:
Everyone loves a good smoothie for breakfast or after a good workout. Try this delicious recipe.
. 1 Kiwi
. 1/2 Red Apple
. 1/2 Green Apple
. 1/2 Banana
– Celery Stalk
. 2 Scoops of Protein Powder or 2 tbl of nut butter
Put all above in blender and blend to desired consistency.
