All you need for this simple dish is:
. Handful of Spinach
. Handful of Lettuce and Kale
. 1/2 Beet
. 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Hearts
. 3 Tablespoons of Goat Cheese
. 1 Medium Tomato
. 1/2 Cup of chickpeas
. 1 Breaded or Grilled Talapia Filet
Dressing: Splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
