Yummy Muffins:

These muffins are a favorite for adults and kids. Best of all they are healthy and yummy.

Ingredients:

 

. 1 Cup of Milk

. 1 ½ Cups of Oatmeal

. 2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein

. 2 Tsp of Cinnamon

. 2 Tsp of Baking Powder

. 1 Beaten Egg

. 10 Dried Pitted Apricots

. 2 Tbsp of Sunflower seeds

. 2 Tbsp of Pumpkin seeds

. 1 Tsp of ground Chia Seeds

. 1 Tsp of ground Flax Seeds

. 2 Tbsp of Virgin Olive Oil

. 2 Tbsp of Usana Optomega

. 2 Tbsp of Agave Syrup

 

Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor. Then spoon into a muffin pan
