My Secret Arsenal:

I also want to share with you my secret tools in my arsenal against colds and flus. This power trio are ginger, garlic and lemon. Together they will stop most viruses in its tracks. Here is why:

Ginger: contains chemicals that specifically target viruses in the most common cold viruses. Ginger also helps reduce fever.

Garlic: Antimicrobial, antibiotic and anti-fungal properties help fight all those nasty viruses. It can also be a powerful decongestant.

Lemon: Powerful antioxidant, contains antibacterial properties and boosts immune system.

You can use this goodness in two ways. One way is to juice it.

Take 1 green apple, 3 cloves of garlic, thumb size ginger and 1 lemon; juice it all and drink the shots. Doesn’t taste the best but it works.

The other way I use it is in a tea. Boil, thumb size ginger, 3 garlic cloves. Boil for about 15-20 minutes, before you are ready to drink it, squeeze 1 lemon into the tea and drink it all.

Repeat 3 times a day and feel free to alternate between the shots and the tea.
