Banana Protein Snack:

This is a super easy and super yummy protein snack that is loved by both adults AND kids.

What you need:

 

. 1 Ripe banana

. 1 tablespoon of nut butter of your choice (we love almond butter)

. 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds

.1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Take a banana and spread nut butter to cover the banana. Top it with hemp seeds. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the banana and chop it up in slices. Enjoy.
