Baked Apple Wedges:

Apple wedges makeĀ  a great healthy snack and are super easy to make.

 

 

What You Need For This Recipe:

3 Medium Apples

1 Tsp of Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp of dried ginger

 

 

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. While the oven is heating up, remove the core from the apples, chop them up into thin wedges and place them in a bowl. Combine ginger and cinnamon with the apples and mix them all up until all the wedges are covered.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay out all the apples wedges on it. Bake for about 2 hours turning the wedges every 30 mins until the wedges get dried up and start to crisp.
