Start with getting rid of all the junk in your pantry and fridge and replace it with healthier alternatives. This makes cooking and eating healthy a breeze. Eliminate temptations, stay healthier.

Take a few hours every week and meal prep; marinade your meats, pre-cook your grains (quinoa, rice), boil some eggs and if needed chop up some veggies.

The key is to have good food on hand. That way you will not be stuck on a busy day having no idea what to make and resorting to junk food.

When you have healthy foods on hand and ready to go, you will never be stuck with what to make for dinner.
